Divided into five chapters—Drift, Fall, Surge, Reflect, and Release—Ebb and Flow explores the emotional landscape in all its shifting forms, offering space to slow down and connect with your feelings.
These poems are written to remind you that, just like the rhythm of the ocean, life moves in cycles. There are times of stillness and times of movement, moments of falling apart and coming back together. Ebb and Flow encourages you to reflect with kindness, to let yourself heal at your own pace, and to begin trusting the quiet voice within you.

My debut poetry book ‘Growing’ is made up of five chapters, each named after a flower on the cover of the book; these are Daisies, Dahlia, Lily of the Valley, Forget-me-Not, and Daffodils. Each one of these flowers links to themes of healing, accepting change, connecting with your inner child and self discovery. Growing is about the ups and downs and everything in between. This book is about showing that even when you feel stagnant, even when it all feels too heavy and confusing, growing is a process, not a destination, so you are not stuck;
you are growing.
